Pardesi Dariya, Desi Dil ♥️
We spent a day in Cardiff, the capital of Wales! It has so much to offer. Head to Castle arcade some good breakfast, stroll in queen’s street for a great shopping experience and good vibes, spent good couple of hours looking inside the Cardiff Castle before calling it a day!
Sanchi Stupa is in the Buddhist complex of Sanchi. Commissioned in 3 BCE, it is one of the oldest stone structures of India. It had a monastery too, along with temples and a pillar of Ashoka.
Always a mixed mental state - experiences of a new place and #FOMO on back home moments. A difficult choice between being adaptive vs staying in comfort zone.
Finally I was fortunate enough to do darshan of Baba Kedarnath. This is a very ancient temple dedicated to Shiva and opens only for 6 months each year. The helicopter ride made it possible to take our parents along. It was a very uplifting spiritual experience. You have to be there to feel the energy of the place.
